Spain-based, Raquel Martins takes lead as Special Advisor YouTube Services and Latin music industry authority Martin Roca is positioned as General Manager, Mexico. Music mogul Bob Frank, CEO of Bob Frank Entertainment, joins their board of directors in an advisory role.

Bob Frank is a 35-year veteran of the music business and the former chairman and board member of Merlin Entertainments. He was the president of Koch Records / E1 Music from its founding in 1999 to 2009. He formed Bob Frank Entertainment (BFE) shortly thereafter and has global distribution with The Orchard where the company is a top sub-distributor.
